Terms of Service
Effective date: August 2026
These terms govern your use of dadsductcleaning.com and the services provided by Dad's Duct Cleaning ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking service, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided flat-rate and in writing after a walk-through inspection, and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The quoted price is the price you pay for the quoted scope; if you request additional services (for example, adding sanitization or a dryer vent), the added price is agreed before that work begins.
Scheduling and access
Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. We ask that heavy furniture blocking registers be moved before arrival and that pets be secured while equipment is running. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we'll work with you to reschedule.
Service scope
We provide cleaning services for air ducts, dryer vents, and HVAC components as described in your quote. Duct cleaning is not mold remediation, pest control, or duct repair/replacement; if we find conditions requiring those services, we'll document them with photos and tell you, we don't perform or upsell them.
Job documentation
We photograph ductwork and equipment before and after service as part of our quality process. These photos document your job and remain part of our business records. We may use anonymized photos (with no address or identifying details) to illustrate our work; tell us if you prefer we not use photos from your job.
Warranties and liability
We stand behind our workmanship: if you believe an area within the quoted scope was missed, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to address it. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
