Every job starts with a walk-through inspection of every supply and return run. We pull a register cover and show you what's actually in there, no scare tactics, just a flashlight and the truth. Then you get a flat-rate quote, in writing, before we touch a thing. If duct cleaning isn't the right fix for what's bothering you, we'll say so and point you at what is.

Step 2, Contain & Connect

The Rotobrush BrushBeast pairs a rotating brush with a HEPA-filtered vacuum, capturing debris right at each register as it comes loose, so everything we knock loose travels out of the system, not into your living room. Plastic containment goes over open registers, drop cloths under every access point, shoe covers on every boot.

Step 3, Agitate & Extract

The BrushBeast's rotating brush travels through every supply, every return, and every plenum, mechanically dislodging the dust, dander, and debris bonded to the duct walls. Step 4, Sanitize & Walk-Through

If you've opted for it, an EPA-registered antimicrobial fog treats the freshly cleaned duct surfaces, always your call, always priced up front. Then the part we're proudest of: the final walk-through. Photos of every run, before and after, side by side. You see exactly what changed before we load the last drop cloth.
