Commercial & Light Industrial

Commercial Duct Cleaning, on your schedule.

Offices, retail, medical and dental suites, restaurants, and light industrial across Dallas-Fort Worth. NADCA-protocol cleaning, documented with photos, scheduled nights and weekends so your operation never notices we were there, except for the air.

Who We Serve

Built for facilities, not just houses.

Offices & Retail

Tenant comfort complaints and dusty diffusers are usually a ductwork problem. We clean RTU-served systems, VAV boxes, and supply runs with the same photo documentation as every job.

Medical & Dental

Patient-facing spaces have a higher bar for air quality. NADCA-protocol source removal with HEPA-filtered BrushBeast equipment, scheduled around your patient hours.

Restaurants & Light Industrial

Grease-adjacent supply systems, warehouse offices, and break areas collect dust fast. We handle the HVAC side and coordinate cleanly with your hood-cleaning vendor.

How It Works

Site walk, scope, schedule.

  • Free site walk-through, we scope the system count, access, and condition, then quote a flat project price. No hourly meter running.
  • After-hours scheduling, nights and weekends at no premium for most projects. Your business stays open; we work around it.
  • Documented completion, before/after photos of representative runs, plus a completion summary you can file or show a landlord, buyer, or health inspector.
  • COI on request, certificate of insurance available for property managers before work begins.

Equipment We Clean

Air handler units, RTUs, and everything downstream.

Commercial air handler unit cleaning is its own discipline. We clean AHU interiors, blower assemblies, coil faces, drain pans, and plenum walls, along with the rooftop units, VAV boxes, and supply and return trunks they feed. Whether it is a single RTU over a Fort Worth retail suite or a bank of air handlers serving a Dallas office floor, the process is the same NADCA protocol: mechanical agitation, HEPA-filtered capture, and photo documentation of every unit we touch.

If tenants complain about musty odors when the system kicks on, or the coils and blower are visibly caked, the air handler is usually the source. The site walk is free, and the quote is a flat project price in writing.

Do you clean commercial air handler units in Fort Worth and Dallas?
Yes. Air handler unit cleaning, blower, coils, drain pan, and interior surfaces, is part of our commercial scope across the full DFW metroplex, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, and Plano. We schedule nights and weekends so your business stays open, and every unit gets before and after photos.
How often should commercial ductwork be cleaned?
NADCA guidance for commercial systems depends on use: offices typically every 3 to 5 years, restaurants and medical suites more often. The free site walk tells us where your system actually stands, and we will say so plainly if it does not need cleaning yet.
