After a source-removal cleaning, an EPA-registered antimicrobial fog treats the interior duct surfaces and knocks out lingering odors, smoke, pets, mustiness. We'll tell you straight whether your system actually needs it. It's always optional and always priced up front.

- Only after source removal, fogging over dirt is a cover-up, not a treatment. We sanitize freshly cleaned ductwork so the product reaches the actual duct surface.
- EPA-registered antimicrobial, applied as a fine fog through the supply and return runs, treating surfaces the brushes just cleaned.
- Odor neutralization, cigarette smoke, pet odors, and musty smells that live in the ductwork get treated at the source instead of masked.
- Honest recommendation, if your system doesn't need it, we'll say so. Most homes with odor, pet, or moisture history benefit; some don't need it at all.

Smoke or pet odors
Odor compounds settle on duct surfaces and re-release every time the blower runs. Treating the surface after cleaning is the fix that lasts.
Moisture history
If your system has had condensation issues or visible microbial growth on registers, an antimicrobial application after cleaning is cheap peace of mind.
Not a mold remediation
Active mold growth in ductwork or on the coil is a different job with different protocols. If we find it, we'll show you photos and tell you what it actually needs.
